John Skeet
Managing Director and CEO
John Skeet has over 35 years’ experience in gold-silver mine development – including 20 years on the ground in Mexico. A proven track record of mine development, he led Ballarat East, Quartzite Gold in Republic of Georgia, as well as the Palmarejo Silver Gold Mine in Mexico, prior to it being sold to Coeur Mining in 2007 for $1.1 billion.
John was COO of Cerro Resources prior to its takeover by Primero Mining. In 2017 he founded Sun Minerals and secured the exclusive rights to the high-grade Copalquin Gold-Silver District in Durango, Mexico leading to the acquisition of Sun Minerals by Mithril in 2020.
John has an honours degree in Applied Science (Met) and is a Fellow of AusIMM.

Michael Port
CFO
Michael Port leads an audit, accounting and consulting practice providing ASX listed clients with a range of accounting and advisory services based on his considerable expertise and experience in external audit, recognising the challenges that listed entities face. In particular, he has advised on many acquisition accounting treatments, consolidations and purchase price allocation outcomes.
Michael works with small, medium and larger multi-national listed businesses providing specialist business advisory in governance, compliance, accounting standards, financial report preparation and advice on industry regulation and trends. He seeks to build close relationships and a deep understanding of client business and focuses on hands-on delivery of up-to-date technical expertise delivering tangible value.
Michael has been with DFK since 2009. Prior to this he was an Audit Partner at PKF and earlier in his accountancy career, Audit Manager at KPMG.
Michael is a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from RMIT.

Justyn Stedwell
Corporate Secretary
Justyn Stedwell has over 17 years’ experience as a Company Secretary of ASX listed companies and has also served as a Non-Executive Director on several ASX listed company Boards.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Deakin University and Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
Has worked as CFO and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed and unlisted public and private companies in a range of industries including biotechnology, healthcare and mineral exploration.

Craig Sharpe
Non-Executive Chairman
Craig Sharpe brings over 25 years of experience in finance across the Asia-Pacific region, with a background spanning foreign exchange, institutional and retail markets, corporate finance, and management. He has held senior management roles, led private client businesses, and spent 11 years with Macquarie and Bell Potter.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance, an MBA, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). He currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of ASX-listed Lightning Minerals (ASX: L1M) and Maverick Minerals, which is preparing for an ASX IPO.

David Toyoda
Independent and Non-Executive Director
David Toyoda is the Principal of Pacific Star Corporate Finance Law in Vancouver, British Columbia, where he practices in the areas of corporate and securities law. David represents clients in international securities transactions, including cross-border financing. He has played a key role in establishing U.S. markets for Canadian public companies and currently serves as a director of three public companies and two private companies that are in the process of going public.
David graduated from UBC with a LL.B degree & a B.Comm degree with honours and was called to the bar in 1993. He is a frequent presenter and lecturer on corporate and securities law topics at conferences and universities, including the TSX Venture Exchange and Simon Fraser University.

Meghan Lewis
Independent and Non-Executive Director
Meghan Lewis is a mining finance professional with almost 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the resources industry. She has strong links in the Canadian mining corporate finance sector and was previously Vice President, Corporate Development for Aura Minerals Inc. Prior to Aura, she spent eight years as a senior mining analyst with the Dundee Group of Toronto.
Meghan holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geological Science from Queens University, an M.Sc. Geology from Dalhousie University and commenced her career as an exploration geologist with Golden Star Resources.

Colin is a highly experienced geologist with over 40 years’ experience and has managed large exploration and due diligence projects, undertaken numerous bankable technical audits, valuations, independent expert reports and due diligence studies worldwide, mostly on behalf of major international resource financing institutions and banks.
Previously, Colin was based in Toronto initiating and managing proprietary resource equity investments on behalf of Dundee Corporation. Prior to Dundee, Colin was Principal and Manager Audits with RSG Global in Perth. Colin is also an experienced company director and is a founder and Principal Consultant of Orimco advisory firm in Perth.

Gary Thomas
Technical Advisor
Gary Thomas is a civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in civil construction, mine development, and operations. He has been involved in the implementation of mining operations across Australia, Indonesia, Laos, Russia, Africa, and Mexico. Over the course of his career, he has managed the construction and commissioning of more than 20 CIL/CIP, flotation, and heap leach plants, as well as numerous plant upgrades, including the construction at Palmarejo in Mexico.
Gary founded and owned Intermet Engineering, which was later sold to Sedgman Metals. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Oakajee Corporation Limited.
